purchased 2014 F350..no admin key provided..so cost us over 250$ to clear the MyKey limits that were set on truck....no returned calls from sales staff...just oh well...to bad...😡😡
The service department is terribly mismanaged. They currently have had our car for almost 5 weeks to replace the engine under warranty. We get no updates, our calls aren’t returned. No one seems to care at all. All we ever get is next week....next week.....no really I promise next week. I can and have replaced engines in my basement in a couple days. Can’t understand for the life of me why it takes professional mechanics with proper tools weeks to swap out an engine.
RecommendedWas in Kingsport at Doctors appointment truck broke down was able to get to Fairway Ford. They checked my truck out and was going to be a big expense. They were nice and kind to me and my mother and worked a deal out for me to get a newer vehicle. THANKS LIBBY ROGERS.
I was at Kingsport this week and my brakes went out. They worked extra hours and still couldn’t get them fixed so they gave me a loaner car so I could make it home for work. They went out of their way to help me and I won’t forget it. I will be recommending this place to everyone!!!
EXCELLENT customer service!! (5) Stars! We was from out of town & broke down they came to our rescue & went beyond & above! Can’t thank them enough!
First of all they could not take advantage of people, and then they could have much better customer service. I bought a car there that I was not happy with and they did nothing to help me into a different car. If you are in the market for a Ford go to Morristown Ford and they will treat you right.
