Went Friday to get my work fleet vehicle oil change done at the Quick Lane service center. I was advised by the young lady my brakes on the back needed to be replaced and she said the brakes weren’t in stock but they would order them and setup an appointment. I set the appointment for this morning (Tues). I go in and I’m told my brakes don’t need replacing and they said the employee failed to tell me the brakes still had life left before needing replacement. what a waste of time. told 25700 on a 2015 jeep wrangler but when the deal sheet is done the price jumps to 29900. i will not buy another vehicle from here.

Huge thanks to Savannah and the service department at Fairway. In the midst of a 700 mile road trip in 90 degree temps, my A/C broke. I called 10 different Ford dealers along my route and they were the only ones willing to help. Best of all, they got me back on the road with a temp fix in only an hour and saved my 1,500 miles/4 days of sweating in the car. Thank you!
