I wish I did not have to write this review, but I have been left with no other choice. We hired Tyson and Fairway for some work at our home. A quote was agreed and initial payment was made. Communication was often difficult and delayed. Tyson forgot to include an expensive item in our original quote, thus raising the price. This review supersedes the previous 5 star rating and feedback. The truth always comes out in the end…Please avoid these jokers, even with a bargepole (and even if you don’t bother continuing to read on)! Anyway, installation took place very late, much more than expected and delayed our whole project as a result. Did they care? NO! Workers came onto site with COVID, risking our entire household! We had Tyson and his team help us with our home renovation where they completely replaced our boiler system and also installed a wet underfloor heating system on the whole ground floor of our property. We’d heard lots of positive things about Tyson and his team at Fairway Heating & Plumbing.
