RecommendedFairway auto is definitely amazing! I’m not familiar with cars AT ALL and they were completely honest with everything and came up with a plan as far as what needed to be fixed first! They also have a shuttle service so I don’t have to worry about getting to work if I had to leave my car! Amazing !!

I've been reluctant of purchasing used car after seeing what my parents experience at a local Dodge dealer. you I'm actually more satisfied with the purchase of this used car then I was of any of my new cars.

One word describes my service experience with Fairway Auto Center: AMAZING! I dropped my truck off Thursday morning for a "check engine" light, they discovered it needed to go to the Ford dealership for the necessary service, they transported it to Fairway Ford Henderson, they checked it, fixed it, and had it back in Tyler Friday morning! We bought our Kia Sportage from Fairway in 2012 and they have faithfully serviced it with excellence. Today I had a battery issue so I drove directly to their shop. These guys always provide a detailed explanation of what needs to be done and how much time you may have before something else is needed. An added perk for us is that they are just down the street from our house and we never have to wait too long for things to get done.
