We had exceptional service from Fairview. Not an issue with anything and good selection
I was about to confirm 2 house lot windows with this company, after receiving their quotes turnd out that the salesperson had intentionally provided false measurements for the soffit height. As I raised my concerns with one of the owners Daryl, I had hoped he would resolve this problem, but he was worse and very poor communication and aggressive towards the outcome. Two years of ongoing issues, nearly all of the double glazed windows suplied by Fairview in my house have failed and no proactvie measures to ensure the rest are brought up to standard. At the point of legal action. Avoid this company at all costs.
Supplied us with a house lot of failed double glazed windows, it's been two years and we are still waiting on some replacements, BEWARE they will take your money and walk.
