Store layout is confusing and walkways are cramped and difficult to manoeuvre with trolleys, wheelchairs, in-store product trolleys and ladders. It was on a weekday noon with not much people and yet it was a struggle. Very hazardous. Variety of fresh products are also limited. Only good thing is the cashier auntie who is so friendly and careful with my items.

Please do staff orientation more often. I saw 2 staff packing fresh produce at the veg section and asked them if there was celery and if have where was it. The lady replied. I dont know. U see if have means have. If not means dont have. Which is fine till the last sentence. U ask me, i also have to find. Ermm... u work at the company and at that departement u dont want to familiarize? Oh well... we walked off coz we couldnt find and went to sheng siong and told the staff please take my money coz ntuc dont want!

This NTUC Fairprice Tampines Hub is not as big as the one in Tampines Mal basement level, but I always go to this NTUC Fairprice as it’s the nearest to my house and it opens 24 hours. So, it’s very convenient as you can visit and shop earlier to avoid the crowd, I always come at 6 AM and less crowd which I prefer. Mostly I can find the stuffs I need. If I can not find what I need I will go to The one in Tampines Mal.
