Went to look at walkers with seat for my mum today. We went into kirkcaldy fairprice mobility shop and the assistant took time to check the requirements we had. She then took time to show us various models and mum tried them for ease and comfort. A few adjustments and mum chose a walker which matched her needs. I had looked online and visited another fife mobility shop who prices were a lot higher and not the same level of customer service. Everyone I had contact with at this company were so helpful and considerate. Nothing was too much trouble for them even though they were extremely busy. I can't thank them enough.
Staff are kind, friendly, helpful and accommodating. I was able to rent a wheelchair easily and at a very reasonable price. This is the second time I have used this firm. Highly recommended.
Staff in this shop are friend, caring and very helpful. We have used this shop for years as a family. Ive personally dealt with June most of the time and june is brilliant, easy to talk to and always there to help and advice on mobility needs. June is also brilliant with my son when he's in the shop too. Would highly recommend this shop for mobility aids.
