I have never left a review before (I dont think), but in this instance I felt compelled. I am currently living in a building that is being managed by Fairoak. I echo the sentiments of other reviews. Fairoak treat the property like they are in charge rather than being paid to manage it. They disregard the views of the freeholders that they are paid to represent. Dirty facilities, uncut grass & rude staff. Our point of contact at Fairoak is really not a nice lady. . Never had a polite conversation with them. Blames everything on the people that live in the blocks as opposed to managing the property and actioning. After speaking with the people where we live, If you need a property managed, do not bother with Fairoak Estate at all.... The 1 star on Google should be evidence enough. Plenty of good ones out there for the same money and better managed. AVOID! AVOID! AVOID!
Rarely would I leave a negative review. However I feel compelled due to the incompetence of this management company. They absolutely do not care about the residents, calls and emails are regularly ignored. Months it takes for any issues to be resolved if they ever are. They act like they own the property rather than the people who have been employed by the residents who actually own the properties and land. Awful providers - don’t care about the safety of buildings and generally a very rude team
First of all they are racist and rude, Would give zero reviews if that was an option. This is the worst management company I’ve ever had to deal with. The staff are incredibly rude, they obviously hate their jobs and don’t want to be bothered or contacted at all.
