This morning i called to book an appointment and the receptionist she was soo polite and calm even she helped me to book an online appointment it was really good service i have ever had and i didn’t regret that i changed my gp . Thank you to the whole team i highly recommend this practice .

Not sure what is happening at the surgery.... They cannot offer appointments even if you complete all the hurdles of filling in OLAF forms on the NHS site.... If joining approach with caution

Customer service is poor. I moved away from this surgery after I had several issues. Some of the issues faced: I paid for some treatment that required aftercare. They failed to offer this and wanted me to pay privately as the dentist no longer works there. They cut your time short with the hygienist but still charged the full amount. I was passed from one dentist to another. They frequently change staff and often provide inexperienced dentists. Impossible for older family member to get an appointment- have to be tech savvy and even when you do get an appointment it’s for weeks/ months away. Really sad as this used to be a great family practice but now it’s impossible to see someone in a timely fashion.
