I was surprised to see a 1* review for this company as my parents are on their second system from Carl, in 32 (yes thirty two) years! He has always been most helpful , professional, and amenable. He has turned when he said he would. And today Mum has had to contact him for a minor issue and he’s dealing with it promptly. We have no issue in recommending Carl!
We engaged the services of this company since 2013. We were promised excellent service and maintenance. From day one we had problems with our system. We had to pay in cash £860 as first payment then another £80 we had the system serviced a year later,,in cash again. We needed to contact the company twice over the past few months,,every time we speak to them ( The manager) ,,he is not helpful and makes you feel so bad in yourself to contact him.
