Our new home experience has been anything but pleasant. If you were looking for a new place to call home I strongly suggest another company. If you decide to stay with Waterstone in Wellington Florida, I strongly recommend making sure any price quoted is in writing and signed by the employee. Mis information given results in you paying the difference monthly. The homely like feeling of the apartment is wonderful and having a gym and pool in a gated community is a bonus unless it's paired with the office staff. We viewed the ... read more

It is dependent on how many we have available and how many customers have shown interest among so many other factors. As I mentioned, it is all calculated by a third party software in the same manner as hotel and airline rates. I have worked for Fairfield 3 years now and been in the industry for over 16 years and Fairfield is by far the best company I have worked for.
Just around the corner of my one year anniversary and I am still loving it! It's a awesome thing to wake up every single day and look forward to coming to work!
