From the Community Teams that always have a smile on their face and an attitude of passion for their work, to my REDEV team led by one of the Best managers I have ever had, to the Construction Coordinators that work tirelessly to insure correct Subcontracts are sent out into the field, even to the Big Bosses in San Diego who have a mantra of "Total Support for the Field". I absolutely love working for Fairfield. They are a great company that takes care of their employees. I worked with them as a consultant for 8 years and now I am an employee and am very happy. The people in all of our fields from property management, accounting, and construction are some of the hardest working and passionate people I have ever worked with.
