Photos of 1160 Hammond in Georgia. Management hasn’t touched the parking garage. You just get petty responses from the “manager” when you simply ask that your complex be cleaned once in a while.

be nice and sensitive to what you could get in to, you are about to get into another lawsuit just for going by the book! I would not recommend anyone live under these conditions, someone from the city should regulate this kind of place that abuses the people's needs, luckily I'm out of here! this place is full of cockroaches! I am a resident of a Fairfield property and am engaged in two lawsuits against them for violations of The State’s shelter-in-place order, negligence, and harassment by an employee. This maintenance person has harassed and mocked me for my disability and is still employed on the property. Management has failed to advise why they are not wearing face coverings. Fairfield is a prime example of a slum-lord. Stay away.

The property management in Silver Spring The Barrington Apartments Is the worst when you complain they don't take care of important matters they DON'T CARE!

I am resident at your property in gahanna since last 4 months. The managament team there is a total failure. They dont listen to customer complaints and I have never seen your manager coming into office. When I asked them to give me your managers phone no they dont give it neither they care of resolving the issues. The staff needs to learn how to treat customers. totally disappointed will never recommend

I’m a resident at your Montfair Apartments property in Texas. This is the second day in a row that we wake up to no water for hours and, even worse, no notification whatsoever from your in situ management office or from your company on: Reasons why, estimated time of when water will be back, and whether this is a recurrent problem that we’ll need to be prepared for. We did reach out to the property manager over the weekend and found that there was an unexpected water leak emergency that occurred when a water valve broke. We did contact a professionally licensed plumber to make the repairs and unfortunately, we had to shut the water off for a couple hours for the repairs to be made. I hate to write negative reviews about anything but in this case I will. Tried to be a resident on one of the new properties here in Las Vegas on May 9 I had just found out this company had just took over an just to say it’s June 20 an I still have not heard from Corporate Management on properly is always in a meeting when I called I’ve emailed Corporate was told they would call me that was 6/10 an not a word.
