I've worked in many positions within construction. From laborer, lead man, foreman, Assistant Superintendent, to now in house construction design for Fairfield. I can say that our construction is not only top notch, the finished product is always what we strive to perfect. RecommendedI absolutely love working for Fairfield. They are a great company that takes care of their employees. I worked with them as a consultant for 8 years and now I am an employee and am very happy. The people in all of our fields from property management, accounting, and construction are some of the hardest working and passionate people I have ever worked with.

I love working for Fairfield! My favorite thing is the people! Even though we are a large organization, I have never felt like a number. We call it the Fairfield Family for a reason. If the carpenter that builds your projects can't afford to live there . Something is wrong. a living wage is more important than filling your pockets
I'm assuming on some of the first reviews for these company are people that I've never worked for the company in the construction field, the reality is that the conditions on the construction job site for this company or horrible, unsafe and low paying,

Fairfield obtains bids from multiple bidders and selects a contractor best suited for the trades/projects.
