I wouldn't even give this place one star. It is despicable the way these people run this complex. This place has given us NIGHTMARES. If you are looking for a place to live - RUN AWAY FROM FAIRFIELD POINTE!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Worst customer service, worst policies, worst everything. I'm not kidding. RUN WHILE YOU CAN. Their slogan - love the place you live - is soooooo ironic because we HATED it the entire time. Please, heed my warning. Do not rent here.
It's a nice place to live. The staff is always polite and greet me with a smile every time I see them. Even if its just a friendly wave on my way home from work, it speaks volumes. Additionally, they have gone above and beyond to help me. Last year someone unfortunately crashed their vehicle into the AC unit in my bedroom. The staff responded quickly by finding me an alternative apartment and even helped me move. I can't say enough about the care and hospitality that I've been shown since moving here.
I have lived at Fairfield Pointe for over a year and I haven't had any major issues. My neighbors are quiet, and my town home is very spacious! There is so much acreage here - my roommate runs outside and I walk my dog every day. And I did look at the other apartments in Fairfield but you just can't beat the price! Plus I love having my own laundry room too. Nancy in resident services is always so kind to me and I haven't had any problems with the office staff. Fairfield Pointe is an over priced roach motel with an under qualified maintenance staff during the turn process they do just enough to rent the apartments the nicest part of the property is the club house but your not going to live there now are you. The keep the exterior of the property up to hide the deficiencies of the interior of the property. You will definitely not get your money's worth there's are sec-8 properties maintained a lot better than this short of sleeping outside this is not the place you want to live this... read more
