It's OK but the sound proof is terrible. You gotta wear ear plugs If you wana get some good sleep. I can hear my neighbors walk an move all upstairs all day long it's annoying. An the insect control is horrible. I been here 7 months and I seen spiders roaches all the time. Other then that it's ok an i think 800 a month is too high for all the issues i have to deal with living here. Can't wait till my lease is up I'll be moving out.
We have been in our townhouse for four months and love it. The staff, neighbors and neighborhood are terrific. All maintenance issues have been promptly addressed (few as they've been) and we look forward to being here for a long time. It's home.
Don't move here. Landlords are beyond cheap. Heating and air is not central..for a place that cost over 800 per month! If you bring a problem to their attention..you can bet eviction is on the way...worse than any place in Hamilton!
