Unless you need more space for less money, I would avoid Fairfield Pointe. And if you do decide live there, opt for a top floor unit unless you enjoy hearing every single thing the people above you do. If you have a complaint whether it be noisy neighbors or squirrels living in your ceiling, don’t expect to have it resolved for at least a few months. My daughter & I are living at Fairfield Pointe nearing 4 years now. The leasing/office staff couldn’t be more friendly & does not hesitate to assist you with any concerns. The maintenance staff is quick to respond as well. The grounds are well kept & when snow has fallen they have winter staff already clearing roads & parking lots when I leave for work at 7 in the morning. Moving from Florida, this multicultural community feels like home. I love where I live!
I called and left a voicemail twice because this place was HIGHLY recommended by a friend who held a graduation party in your clubhouse (I'm guessing) and said i would be able to use it even though i wasn't a resident (she wasn't either) after not getting a call back, and the website doesn t work, even if you offered it, I wouldn't want to use it, how unprofessional! Good thing I dont rent from you guys
I currently live here. I think it's wayyy to expensive for what you get personally. Plus I've had multiple friends come over & they've had a messed up bumper on dent or even something wrong with their headlight & they have gotten parking warnings about possibly being towed. I was really gunna keep my comments to myself but the car situations are ridiculous. Like not everyone has a nice car? Now my friends feel like they can't come over because of it. Dumbest "rule" ever.
This is the best possible place to live in Fairfield, you can't beat the amount of space you get for the price you pay! The staff will go above and beyond to meet your needs, they have always been super friendly from the moment I starting looking for an apartment!
