100% would not recommend, greedy owners only concerned with getting your money and nothing else, expensive to do laundry on site, ridiculous car standards, Noise complaints are ignored, things in the apartments do not get properly fixed they only get patched up so you can expect things to break again at some point. I have a dent on the side of my car and was given notice to remove my car or fix it. Unbelievable. Not everyone has money to fix things at the drop of a hat. WORST RENTAL PLACE DONT DO IT
Had plans on leasing here but this place is DISCRIMINATING me over a slight dent in my CAR. I have EXCELLENT credit and rental history. My 2008 car I bought last year has a dent in it. No rust, just a dent. I was told I wouldnt be accepted due to that. I set up a meeting with the residence manager to sort this out and wasnt even given the residence manager! They refuse to follow their own policy on restricted dog breeds. Neighbor brought in a pit bull mix animal (she even admitted to me that it was part pit bull) and the office refuses to address the issue..
