I haven’t had to place many, but when I do have to put in a work order for something to be looked at or fixed in my apartment, the maintenance team is extremely prompt! It is very much appreciated!
Lived here for 1.5 years now. Our refrigerator went out on Thanksgiving eve. The 24 hour maintenance came out on Thanksgiving and replaced our fridge. This is exceptional service and greatly appreciated. I honestly can't say enough good things about Fairfield pointe and Corey the manager. Thank you.
