I was very disappointed in receiving an email that the truck was sold later that evening when I made an appointment to trade my vehicle in and buy that one.
Didn’t say if the car I was looking at was still available but instead said they had a lot of inventory. Didn’t answer my question at all.

This place is a total rip off. I sent them an emaill the night before, then they answered about 10:00 am. My daughter wanted me to look at this car and she wanted it. So I asked to see some pictures from Luis, he said he would send some pictures and call me back in 15 minutes. No call, no pictures for about 45 minutes so I call again I get another salesman he said he would send pictures, nothing, I call back I get a third guy, but its getting late, I have to drive 50 miles to this place still no pictures, so I leave I drive ... read more
I saw the car and was listed at $3991 I contacted dealer on 9/14/19 and received a confirmation email from car guru and dealer and both indicating the same price, I requested pictures on the car since none was posted and I was promised by phone that I will get them on Monday 9/16/19 night but nothing. I had to call and remind them on Tuesday and when I wanted to make a deal found out they raised the price over $2k and told me that dealer changes prices every week... if they would give me what I needed same day I would not ha... read more
