They never quite responded to me about doing the paperwork electronically given that we are still in a pandemic. Instead of recognizing that I was not comfortable coming into the dealership, they kept asking when I was coming in for a test drive.

I contacted this dealer 6 to 8 times when the car was offered at $13,458. No one would help me. They kept saying they'd call me back tomorrow but never did. I stated I wanted to buy it & pay cash. I'm in Idaho & told the used car mgr Red, I planned to have it transported here. He stalled me, acted evasive, refused to take a deposit or start any paperwork. He told me he was short salespeople. We were very impressed with the great service that we received from Fairfield Chevrolet. We wanted to thank Frank, Rico and the whole team for making our purchase smooth, easy and straightforward. Frank walked us through the whole process, and we were able to drive away in our new car.

They contacted me unfortunately the car I was looking for was not available but they said they will keep me informed
I ended up going with a different vehicle, but Frank was very helpful while I was shopping around.
Dealer said they did not have the car that was advertised. Said they would call when they got one in. Why put the add on line when you don’t have the vehicle?
The vehicle that I went to look at was dirty, the interior had coffee stains and the drivers side seat was so worn; that it was just about to tear. The vehicles are not as advertised and sold as is. I decided to purchase from a different dealership due to the fact that if they look bad inside and out, how bad is under the hood.
