I took my daughter's Honda Accord to have the bumper repaired. After Chuck looked at it, he said it definitely could not be repaired and he explained to me in a way that I could easily understand. Since the car is nine years old I didn't want to spend a lot of money on a new bumper. He suggested that they look for a used bumper. They found one and painted it so it looked brand new. I brought my van to Factory Finish for body work after a large truck hit it. Factory Finish did a great job of restoring the van to it's original condition. The doors, hood, winshileld all match up with proper gaps. Paint was matched original paint with proper gloss. I haven't found anything to complain about. The insurance covered everything and I didn't pay a dime.

I wanted a special color paint when i purchased my mazda6 in 2007 and was referred to ff collision ctr by my mazda salesman. They did a great job and i;ve had lots of compliments on the color. Unfortunately I've had a couple accidents but each time my car was restored to its original state. I've always had professional service and good communcation. I would, and have, recommended them to family and friends.
