I brought my car here to get a paint job. I wanted the same color ( red) but I just wanted to get it re done. The color matched exactly to what I wanted. I was nervous because I kept hearing that red is the hardest color to get right. Factory Finish Collision Center did a great job.
Factory Finish has great service.They are reliable, do great work, & Great customer service!. They took care of everything that I needed. I dropped of my vehicle & left with a rental without having to go anywhere else. They took great care of me. When I got my vehicle back, it looked awesome.

After visiting several other body shops in the area, it felt like a whole different world when I entered Factory Finish Collision. Instead of being rushed with a quick quote, they really took the time to explain everything to me and help me understand my various options. Everything about this place is professional, friendly, and focused on making sure the customer leaves satisfied.
Its amazing!! I just had someone bump into me and took my car there to have it estimated. There ended up being hardly any damage so they just fixed it right up and sent me on my way. No charge. It's really uplifting really, being that there is so much crap going on around us in this world. Solid good people.
My 2009 Mazda 6 was crushed with a truck hit me from behind while traffic was sitting on I-35W pushing me into the truck in front of me. Hiley Mazda recommended that I take it to Factory Finish. They had to wait on Japan to send the necessary parts because the car was so new. It took 2 months to get the parts from Japan, but Factory Finish called me at least once a week sometimes twice a week to communicate with me about my repairs.
