This shop provided excellent service through the entire repair process. He made sure the final product met my expectations. I have a unique color scheme and it was matched perfectly.
After an accident involving my Ford expedition, I took it to a dealership for repairs. They painted the hood of my Expedition three times! They were unable to get a good color match and the paint quality was very bad to say the least…..they told me it was the best they could do for me. About a year later my expedition needed to be repaired again. This time I took it to Factory Finish Collision Center. They painted the same hood and the paint matched perfectly and it only took them one time to get it right!
Most places are doubled the price. This place is twice as cheap. I can't believe it. At first, I thought it was some low budget place that might do some crappy job but they are cheap and amazing good at what they do. They are also quick.
The folks from Factory Finish are an outstanding team of pros. Their honesty, first rate service, and quality work are the reasons why I am going to pass the word.
I was worried about what the mechanics from Factory Finish Collision were going to tell me.They took the time to explain what was wrong and were able to repair the vehicle without replacing the whole transmission. Very trustworthy
When I get into an accident I go to Factory Finish Collision. Their paint job is fabulous. My car looks like new after every paint job I get. I like their work.
I actually had the best repair ever. It wasn't a very big job, rear bumper and right quarter panel. They were very professional, courteous, called me several times to keep me posted of the repairs, gave me a temporary loaner and when I got my car back it looked better than when it was brand new. They cleaned everything. The paint matched beautifully and the whole inside and out was cleaned....it was beautiful. I would highly refer people to FFC. They really made me feel at ease about my car. Great job. Keep up the good work.
