Beware – When I went in for my facial it was like being serviced in a HOSPITAL WARD. There were three people to a room! The waiting area is tiny and crowded. The facial was fine and the staff OK, a little pushy at the front desk about purchasing the product. Hard to rate the service given the working conditions were so poor. I guess the current location is temporary, call first if privacy and a relaxing atmosphere is important.
Unbelievable – The place is small, staffs are incredibly rude. I had the most traumatic experience ever! Although I have to say that the massage itself was excellent.
I had a wonderful time – I visited Dorit several months ago for a spa package. SEA SALT scrub technician seemed rather inexperienced. Shiatsu MASSAGE was incredible -- best massage I've ever had. One hour of pure bliss. MANICURE was nothing special. The technician was rather sloppy about it, actually. FACIAL was amazing. Technician was highly knowledgable about skin types. Ask questions. Facial Products – I highly recommend the Dorit Baxter facial products, I saw immediate results in my skin. The skin specialists were very informative and picked exactly the right products for my skin. The moisturizer recommended for winter has kept my skin looking healthy instead of dry. The best of all is that all their products are extremely affordable .
Fabulous! – I have planned spa trips before but NEVER has it been so organized and enjoyable! We were 12 girls on a Bachelorette Weekend in NYC- Dorit made sure our every need was catered to and all 12 girls had several treatments. We relaxed chatted and enjoyed the day together at DB Spa and as we haev so many times...will retirn again!
Before I came to Dorit Baxter for a facial, I tried several other skin care spas and was very displeased. Dorit Baxter has performed beyond and above my expectations. My skin is cleared of acne and if I could, I would sing it on a mountain top. Thank you Dorit Baxter Spa. Junette

Really bad! – The Face and Skin Beautifier package is TERRIBLE! It was supposed to take 3 hours. I was there for barely 3 hours spending less than 2 of those hours being serviced. One hour was spent waiting for available therapists in the overcrowded lounge area. This place is ridiculously overpriced for the crap that they are offering. Fabulous Facial – I was recommended to Dorit Baxter Day Spa by a friend who was there for a Bridal Shower. After having a consultation, I stayed for a facial and found it to be the most rewarding experience. It was very relaxing and the esthetician was very gentle and informative.
