Very easy to deal with, gave a rough quote by phone and site visit to follow up. Very pleased with the finished result and communication and customer service have been excellent.
5 star service. We were having an old asbestos shed removed, and needed a fence installed quickly for safety as the neighbour had an old shed leaning close to the boundary line. Amanda promptly came for a quote and arranged for the fence to be replaced a couple of days after the removal. The installers were very friendly, interacting with our toddler and did a great job with the installation and recommendations on finish. Unfortunately we did not have a good experience. I’ll start by saying the owners seem like nice people but that aside there was so many errors throughout the job. Summary: - it took over 2 weeks not 1-2 days - they were 5 hours late and then did no work - they turned up unannounced and accessed ours and our neighbours property without permission creating a huge noise disrupting our work day. - they had to return repeatedly to fix glaringly obvious mistakes - panels at different heights, a fence you could move by leaning on i... read more
