Lived at Fabrick for 2 years. It's close to the station and the bus. You won't ever have to put the heating on because the building is like a furnace. Our 1st year was 695 2nd year rent went up to 780 a month. I have since seen online prices of 900-950 a month I would say this is a rip off. Car parking was an extra 60 a month when I enquired. Council tax is 180 a month class b. The utilities water wise are a joke you are tied into a contract with the building and can not get out of it. Clever energy. The water bill was upwar... read more
