Fantastic Year at Fabrick – Highly Recommended! I lived at Fabrick for one year and had a truly great experience. I fully recommend it to anyone looking for quality living in the Manchester suburbs. If you’re thinking about moving into Fabrick, please read this first. In my experience, this place gives landlords a bad name. I’ve just completed a four-year tenancy here. It wasn’t always bad — the first couple of years were fine — but the steep decline in the last 18 months has been remarkable, both in how the building is managed and how tenants are treated.
