We heard this shop locked a customer inside last month when they closed the shop. We also had a bad experience with this shop as they never check the customer safety and the customer support service is also very poor. Do not recommend buying furniture from Faab.
This is absolutely a shocking service from fabb furniture Peterborough . I ordered my sofa on the 13th January 2024 it's now 25th of June and still no sofa. We had our 1st phone callfrom Fabb on the 13th march to say it was delayed and would not be here in April and would be with me for end of may another phone call on 4th april to say the sofa is still delayed and will be with me in may. So sold my old sofa in may.Another phone call from them on the 3rd May to say sorry but it will delayed again and will be with me in june ... read more

Once this outfit has your money if you have any complaints the customer service are obstructive to get a resolution. They refuse to give what they call "personal information" out in respect of the CEO's name as this is there company policy. Customer service does not respond to e mails either. At a push they will give an address , which they state is the head office, but will not give details of who to complain too. Shop somewhere else where the customer service is more professional fitting for the furniture business.
