Ordered a set of sofa set was told will be here within 7 weeks. All was going well. Made final payment and arranged delivery. 5 days before delivery they ring me up to say they have delivery issues and need to prospond by another week and a half. Gutted and disappointed. You must do better guys.

Very disappointed in Fabb furniture. Made a £3500+ order with them in August with the prospect of buying a rug on top. Quoted 7 weeks lead time in store, given a sales invoice and let on our way. Nearly 8 weeks later we have had zero communication from Fabb about the order. So I call and chase. And all I get is we are waiting for an update but will chase. Quite bad customer service, bought a chest of draw and it had to be replaced 3 times due to the bad quality. Hinges broke recently and had people come out to fix it with the wrong set of hinges. Was told that it’d get fixed within the next week and it’s now been nearly 4 weeks and no update with regards to what’s happening. Had to phone up and ask for them to say that the right set of hinges have not even arrived yet. Bought a sofa from here 2.5 years ago, sold with lifetime guarantee. Looked after the sofa well but over time the black leather beading coating has come off leaving a light brown colour in large patches where the sofa is used the most leaving us with a sofa that will need replacing soon. Called Fabb who said this is only covered for 2 years so won’t help. Poor customer service.
