Rude! Rude! Terrible attitude. You can't even ask them questions as a newbie to suvh treatments without them getting Rude. I'm sorry but if people are new to this they will have questions and you should understand as a business that this is normal. No one who hasn't tried getting injected before will not have questions. It's impossible. As long as the questions are normal and reasonable there is no need to answer in an irritated way then start snapping and getting Rude. Do better please
