Brie and the team managed to get us moved half the length of the country, at short notice, 5 days before Christmas. What's not to love about that? Cracking team, good service.

I would have liked to resolve this over the phone however despite calling over and over no one answers the phone at this company unless you go through to make a new booking -at which case they say they haven't got time to speak to you and will call you another time. We booked faremovals as they quoted us £285 for 3 hours of work. I spoke to sabrina via email and on the phone who seemed nice and polite. I asked her if we needed a surveyor as we have lots of stuff and was told.it wasn't necessary. We were told our team would a... read more

Thieves take your full deposit for postponing moving date. Then hide behind terms and conditions saying it covers their losses. Bree , who promised to be there through the whole process is nowhere to be seen. Senior manager Paul will not accommodate you and would rather lose the business. 100% untrustworthy company.
