Very quick and prompt service. Came to look at what we thought was a leaking downpipe but was actually blocked inside. Did the job there and then, very efficient and reasonable price. Would recommend Phil to anyone.
Phil and Karlie at F P Turner were great. We were looking to prevent damp in our victorian home. At the same time as re-pointing we asked Phil to replace a cast iron downspout and hoppers, as they were showing signs of age, were mismatched and partially blocked. Phil suggested fitting some lead to prevent water running down the chimney, behind the gutter. The replacement cast aluminum downspout looks great.
