I attended an appointment at F. Barnes Solicitors on 10 June at 10:00 AM, that was booked for my parents—my father being disabled and reliant on a wheelchair. Despite our prior scheduling, the firm was slow to respond to the fact that wheelchair access was required. My father cannot transfer independently and requires assistance from multiple people.
