I cannot say enough good things about the customer service provided by EZBIS. Their product works very well, but their service/support is unbeatable. You can tell every person you speak to genuinely wants to help you and will go the extra mile to do so. I have been VERY happy I switched from Chirotouch.

I have used ezbis now for over 25 years minimum. I am not a fan of technology and am intimidated by most. The customer service is the absolute best!! I am slow to grasp concepts and stay with in my safety boundaries, timid to explore options. When I do explore into the program and mess it up (always by not following the directions that are readily available in the always up to date manuals and tutorials), customer service will locate the issue and fix the mess up. I have been using Ez Bis for 32 years! I own a Chiropractic Billing Service and have always required my doctors office to keep their own database in house and I access it remotely (back in the day, before windows was invented, I used a modem phone line for access). So, when I started my business I would work with whatever software program each office had. EZ Bis is FAR superior to ALL the other programs out there!
