I like the software and the main office is great to work with. I call them and not only do they fix the problem, they explain it all to me as well. I think Rachel may have saved my company with the stuff she found that the previous owners had goofed up. I have had a great experience with everybody there, and I( like the software more than the big one that most people are using that seems to always have problems. EZbis generally doesn't have as many problems as Chiro***ch.

I cannot say enough good things about the customer service provided by EZBIS. Their product works very well, but their service/support is unbeatable. You can tell every person you speak to genuinely wants to help you and will go the extra mile to do so. I have been VERY happy I switched from Chirotouch.

I have used ezbis now for over 25 years minimum. I am not a fan of technology and am intimidated by most. The customer service is the absolute best!! I am slow to grasp concepts and stay with in my safety boundaries, timid to explore options. When I do explore into the program and mess it up (always by not following the directions that are readily available in the always up to date manuals and tutorials), customer service will locate the issue and fix the mess up.
