Does anyone actually work at this doctors as I’ve rang 3 times since I’ve lived here the last 3 years and everytime it rings out. Absolutely shocking doctors
The receptionists are very friendly, helpful and professional. The biggest problem is trying to telephone. First thing in the morning is a lottery to get through and dozens of times I have found the call goes through the standard recorded explanations of Welsh/English etc before you choose to speak to someone and the call goes back on a loop to the beginning.
