Fantastic surgery and team.
Have been with Eynsham surgery for nearly a year now and have found the quality of care to be excellent. They are always quick to book us for any urgent problems, and the online triage system works very well.
Surgery is great , GP was very thorough and appointment times are fast . First time at this surgery as i usually use the Handborough practice and was treated with great care
They try lie to patients not realising people talk and no eachother. This surgery told another patient who is desperate to get the right care for his mental health there is no mental health lead. I was told there is that being Dr Holden. I asked why this wasn't public knowledge and was told they can't treat everyone etc. Absolutely appalling that people are being lied to and not accessed care. Not that she's great anyway. Waiting for nearly an over hour for a simple appointment. Staff here clearly don’t care about mental health. This is the 6th appointment that I have expressed I am struggling and no help is offered.
