I have been trying to get an EOB from EyeMed for at least 2months. One rep talked me through the online sign-in so I could supposedly get them that way. But you cannot open the file online. That person told me to wait 24 hours. The next person I called put in a “ticket”. It would take 3 days to get an email with the “ticket” number. It never arrived. It would take 2-3 weeks to get the EOB by mail. That mail never arrived. Submitting a request via the online contact form had no effect, was never answered. I called again yeste... read more

I also would leave a zero if I could. No customer service. I have ****** ****** ********* and they have picked this rotten company for us. I go to a glasses provoder on ther list (EyeMart) I only need new lenses, frames are nearly new. They take my frames and ruin all the screws and then say "Guess you will need new frames also" I take my lense script and walk out, I contact them via phone and said they would be back to me. for 5 months I have been waiting for my medically necessary contacts to be approved. I have spoken to 18 supervisors who say they are sorry and I should be approved. Yet, I still cannot see properly.

What a joke! I'm going back to United and staying with them! Why the heck did I decide to go with this company and run into this trouble. Hire some competent programmers for ****** sake! I am trying to open an online account and how can that be impossible?! I tried with both my member ID and SSN, I tried with both emails I have, I got my partner to check my information is correct. I have been owed about $120 since December 2021 for reimbursement of some of the money I spent on glasses. I have repeatedly had to call their customer service to get them to reissue the check because Ive never received it. This has been at least four or five times. I dont think they ever send me a check and plan on keeping the money.

Despite never making any claims/orders, this company said I couldn't use my benefits until 2023. Trying to get a solid answer from this company on what is going on with my benefits (or lack thereof) was the most frustrating and ridiculous experience I have had with any insurance company, ever. The chat service agents ended the chats prematurely, not giving me a chance to respond before they closed the chat. Absolutely horrified at the quality of customer service - basically of how there is none. I've called them hundreds of times attempting to actually understand HOW to help my provider submit a medically necessary contacts form since I have very high ametropia and therefore fall under that category, but every rep I've talked to is so guarded and unhelpful - if not downright rude - about all of it. Extremely misleading in their business practices. I'm amazed that any reputable insurance company would contract with EyeMed vision if they truly valued their customers satisfaction.

My daughter had an appointment, she didn't realize it was inside lens crafters so she called me assign where it iwas. Her apptbwas at 1pm. By the time she called me and I explained where it was in the Mall inside Lens Crafters she it was 10 min after her appointment, ther refused her MAYBE PUT A SIGN UP STATING THE DR IS INSIDE LENS CRAFTERS.
