Their service *****, I can’t log in online, can not get a person on the phone, and I keep chatting with different people trying to get a claim form that I can’t download from my email. ps. my internet service is running about 200 mbps, so this is not m issue.

A classic no star if I could review.. Guess I am going to cancel my vision insurance? Why pay these people (even if minimal) to not be provided any services? Insurance companies are a joke in general.. Spare me..

I’ve been trying for weeks to get into their website to pay the premium with no success. I even called the number I was given and was told someone would get back to me. They never did.

We have been waiting over a month for my husband's glasses and their lab has yet to get it right with his prescription. I manage my companies benefits and next year I will not be renewing with Eye med. They have taken total control of the relationship with our family optometrist and its not right.

EyeMed has closed all of its customer service phone numbers so there is no way to contact them. I haven’t been able to pay my Bill and I haven’t been able to talk to customer service. What is the point of this? I feel like a fool giving them any money!

This eyemed is horrible and giving a bad wrap to eye doctors businesses. 2 years ago had to wait 1 moth for my glasses, this year lenses are paid for and I’ve had to return twice looked like they overlayed one set of bifocal over another so my place sends them back I take them home and wondering why I can’t see over in one eye right there is spray imbedded in lens ugh now I may be forced to pay my place to make them myself? Absolutely ridiculous

This company is horrible. They do not return phone calls and do not respond to claims submitted. If you call during their hours of operation, Customer Service will obtain your contact information and tell you that their QA Team will be in touch within 5 business days. Customer Service cannot answer anything, not even basic questions. And the QA Team never gets back to the customer and it’s a continuous cycle.
