I had LASIK done yesterday and LOVE it!!!!!! Nancy, Melissa, and Dr. Pinter were amazing from my first app in Nov. Until my surgery day (which I put off until March, because I was SO nervous!)! They answered ALL my questions same day! I LOVE ESA! Thank you for making me see without glasses or contacts!!

Very efficient, polite. We have never had to wait for our appointment. We arrive early to handle paperwork. From the front desk to the staff in back to the staff checking us out we have always been treated politely and professionally.
I like my doctor, but the wait is ridiculous! My last appointment was scheduled at 3:00, I got there at 2:50 and didn't leave until 5:45! That is the longest wait, but the shortest in and out time has been 1h45min.
Dr Graul and his staff have always been very professional, kind and supportive. Have been seen in a timely manner during all my visits.
