I had to wait 45 min for Rixen to show up and the previous appt. was a 30 minute wait. This is certainly no way to treat your patients, who are your bread & butter!! Dr Linder rarely kept me waiting and was a much better Dr than Rixen!!
Dr. Sauberan and staff have been amazing both of our visits. I’m so thankful we got our daughter started seeing him sooner rather than later. He’s conservative in his approach and doesn’t rush to surgery. I appreciate that he’s willing to try different options before going the surgery route, and he listens and truly cares what we as the parents are seeing and saying. Thank you!

Super nice and friendly staff. Poor doc was held up with other patients so it ran late but it’s definitely worth it. Life happens as it should. ♥️❤️
I've been here 6-8 times this year, for multiple eye issues. They've always been friendly, courteous and professional. I showed up on the wrong day for an appointment once and they were able to work me in since I've got to drive over 3 hours to get there. I would highly recommend them.
I don't believe it should take 2.5 hours for an eye exam...even an extensive one. I do believe they are over booking, under staffing or just don't care.
Wonderful successful eye surgery. Very thorough, caring and professional staff. Excellent result and written instructions on aftercare. Checked every product and procedure for my allergies. Greatly reduced my anxiety and confidence in Dr Sutton and his staff!! Could not have asked for better!
