The waiting room was a little confusing, but I got it figured out. The doctors and staff were good.
Appt for my mom was scheduled at 11:15 the front desk needed her info AGAIN ( she had already given previously) and she waited 45 mins to even be seen and we are still waiting to go over her results which will take 2 seconds. The same people are STILL waiting that were here before us. One woman spent 2 1/2 hours here. Your nurses that come out are rude and give off an “ I don’t care” attitude which tells me it’s probably not a great place to work either. I was so EXTREMELY impressed by them. I went to my eye Dr appointment, and they found that my retina had been detached. My Dr.’s nurse called eye surgical associates immediately and they were able to rush me in right away. I got there one minute after closing. I had a nurse waiting at the door for me, another ready to check me in, and Dr. Wood waiting right there to do the exam. He stayed over an hour and a half late examining my eye, scheduling my surgery for the following day, finished all the paperwork, and faxed my order... read more

Without going into long details, I will just say I was WARNED by many people about the Dr. I had do my surgery. I wish now I would have listened. I will never return or recommend this Dr. I know what my eye was doing before surgery and I'm not going to let them tell me it was always that way...I'm not an idiot... I know my vision. I'm glad to know there is a Dr. who will correct this. Just have to get my insurance to agree.
They took GREAT care of my mom and made sure I was taken care of also!!! Thanks for a good experience!!!

I see Dr Pan for my Macular Degeneration and get injections every 5-weeks. All of the staff does a great job in taking care of me while I am there. I would recommend going there for your special eye needs
