Don’t waste your time here!! 😡😡😡 When I arrived for my 9:30am appointment I was informed that my appointment was canceled but, they had an opening later that day. Really?? They don’t have anybody that could’ve called me? The girl at the desk said they called but, who did they call? Not me!! The staff in this office are VERY unprofessional!! They don’t understand that they’re providing a service and they need to be considerate. We have lives too. THERE’S OTHER BUSINESSES THAT WILL BE GLAD TO TAKE CARE OF US!!
You have recently hired Dr Mauer from Waterloo. He skipped out of Waterloo and left many holding gift cards from his d’Vine Medical Spa. Even after getting legal correspondence from my attorney he ignored his obligation. The manager there made all kinds of promises that they’d reopen or was just rude even though they had no intention of reopening d’Vine according to employees. Absolute worst post operative care ever received. Had 9:20am appointment brought into a tiny office and waited until 10:32 for surgeon to meet with me. Told him my concerns and extreme pain I had went through and he was dismissive and gave no time line when the problems with vision would be healed or corrected. The totally time surgeon spent with me was under five minutes. I still have difficulty reading and light sensitivity no explanation. Extremely disappointed is a understatement!!
I've had the most unfortunate experience with Eye Centers of Fl (Naples, midtown). I went in for a new prescription for my gas perm lenses. After my first visit I had to go to the ER that evening (Friday) for an abrased cornea. (which they later reimbursed me for) I was supposed to follow up Saturday with my Dr. I left a message on voicemail. There was no emergency contact info given on voicemail. RecommendedI have been seeing Dr. Ferreira in Fort Myers with a lot of issues. He is always, kind and caring. He is very professional. He walks me through what we are doing and answers any questions. He has helped my issues and continues to treat me. I have seen many results. Miracles. Thank you to the doctor and all of his staff for being the best!
A few weeks back, I suffered a very bad injury to my left eye. Within 24 hours I was in to see Dr. Yee and beginning a plan of attack to get my eye healed and healthy again. She was there every step of the way. Her team was OUTSTANDING as well, you'll leave every appointment comforted they're in you corner.
They fired my sister Lisa Burks after she had worked there Faithfully for 27 yrs. Shame on you!!
I am in Quarantine for exposure to Covid-19 and having a flair up of herpetic lesions in my eye that can cause blindness if untreated. Dr. Keating has treated me for it in the past and will not fill my Rx if I don't go in! I cannot leave the house until my quarantine is up if I remain without symptoms. So she won't call in an Rx! It's painful and has serious consequences if untreated. As if I am already not stressed enough due to the Coronavirus exposure. I wish there was a way to give negative 5 stars.
