Had my first appointment on Monday, can’t say enough good things about them. Dr. Ko is awesome I am so thankful that my sister-in-law, Teresa Savitz, works there and helped me get an appointment.
All ancillary staff were very caring and sweet But the Dr is a different story altogether 😊
I went for my first visit yesterday and saw Dr. Kato. He was excellent as were all of the staff I had contact with.
The doctor was great but the eye associates customer service is horrible!!! Reports have been missed, I have been lied to and even had someone try to talk me out of the procedure since they had lost the tests!!
