RecommendedDr. Trafton sand his team helped me in a big way. I've had much worsened vision as it turns out due to a cornea issue. I got the run around from another provider's office and after going to Big Bend Family Eye Care, they suggested, due to severity, I come here. I couldn't be happier. They worked with me and communicated every step of the way getting my scleral lenses, and now my corrected vision is so much better! I can't thank them enough. I haven't had any issues so far.
Called in today for a friend of mines for a appointment and the receptionist was so unprofessional . She talked to me as if she was honestly fed up with having to answer the phone call , she continually kept saying “huh” “omg” “ hold up “ and it sounded like she was having a personal conversation on her end and I was put on hold , and after a couple of minutes she answered “with what was that ?! “ though out the conversation I felt so rushed I just ended up leaving a voicemail ... Dr Louie was my LASIK surgeon and I proudly now have 20/15 vision. She’s the best! Even through Covid the process was a breeze

I was referred to eye associates to Dr. Fang Ko after diagnosis I didn't expect. I chose laser eye surgery to address issues with my diagnosis and she has seen me since that surgery consistently since 2016. I love Dr. Ko and would recommend her to anyone. What I don't recommend I is the mistreatment by staff I've received. On several occasions I've been treated rudely by not only the staff about my appointments but Vicky O'Sullivan herself has been pretty unprofessional! I pray I never need to go there again!
