RecommendedStaff are kind, courteous, careful. I have great vision in my left eye now, with special care. I have macular degeneration in that eye. Receive injection every 4 to 6 weeks. It's a miracle drug. Thanks for your kind care!

I have never gotten in and out under an hour and a half. Arrived on time, given the preliminary check from technician and then put in a ‘waiting’ room for at least 45 minutes before seeing the doctor. Every time is the same! Today I was told, after I asked the tech why I was still waiting, that the doctor ‘had a meeting’. Last time I come here and I’ve been a patient for 20 years!

RecommendedDr. Trafton sand his team helped me in a big way. I've had much worsened vision as it turns out due to a cornea issue. I got the run around from another provider's office and after going to Big Bend Family Eye Care, they suggested, due to severity, I come here. I couldn't be happier. They worked with me and communicated every step of the way getting my scleral lenses, and now my corrected vision is so much better! I can't thank them enough. I haven't had any issues so far.

Called in today for a friend of mines for a appointment and the receptionist was so unprofessional . She talked to me as if she was honestly fed up with having to answer the phone call , she continually kept saying “huh” “omg” “ hold up “ and it sounded like she was having a personal conversation on her end and I was put on hold , and after a couple of minutes she answered “with what was that ?! “ though out the conversation I felt so rushed I just ended up leaving a voicemail ...
