I have a 1 pm appt with Dr.iller today. It's 3:30 pm and I'm still in the waiting room!! Staff tells me she is always late. Why is this?? If it's known that she is excessively late with her patients, why doesn't Penn give her help. Why have patients wait unprofessionally long ? This is very poor.. it's also very unacceptable that this behavior is known about Fr. Miller but nothing is done about it .
