Do not use this agency, I have been chasing my deposit for over 6 weeks with little to reply. Claiming unpaid bills and other false allegations for the reason. Stay far away they are a fraud, and like the other reviews will be seeking legal advice for this
I would give zero stars if I could. My experience with this estate agent has been nothing short of appalling. Firstly, I moved into their property 29/7/23 and they failed to secure my deposit in a government-approved Tenancy Deposit Scheme Within 30 days, which is a legal requirement in the UK. They Secured my deposit 20/6/24 This left me with no protection during my tenancy for almost 10 months because I keep asking them if my deposit is been Secured.
