I had Fit to Fly PCR test for travelling to Taiwan. The booking, walk-through & report service was good & efficient. Report was e-mailed & received earlier than promised time.

Turned up 7 hours before my flight to leave enough time to have my 4 Hr PCR and check in in good time. Didn’t get emailed or sent any kind of result. Went into the office to find out what was going on, they told me the sample taken wasn’t good enough so test was invalid. I had to change my flight to the next day (£1500 I had to pay to change it for my daughter and I) so I could wait for results of a new PCR, get a hotel overnight (£140), Parking fees (£50 for Heathrow waiting time, hotel and back to Heathrow) change all my c... read more
