I ordered a tow through my insurance company. The gave a estimate of 90 minutes to arrive. I called Snaps Express Towing to get the eta and a Very rude and nasty lady who said the tow would be another 45 minutes. I asked for a supervisor and the lady said she was the owner, she provided no empathy or customer service she said I was being rude and she canceled my tow.
