I had a very disappointing experience with this company. From the start, the communication was confusing. I originally asked for an afternoon move, but was told they could only do the morning. Then, the day before, they suddenly asked if I could switch back to the afternoon, which I couldn’t since I had already arranged time off work. Great moving experience with Express Moves. Smooth communication with Sam in the days leading to the move, he sent us two different teams for the packing day and the moving day: both were reliable, friendly and hard working. They did the extra mile for us and always tried to accommodate your needs. Highly recommended, I would use their services again if i needed.
