The guys arrived on time and started to work. They move items and they vacuum the carpet in the areas. The guys are friendly and work well together. THEY DID AN EXCELLENT JOB CLEANING THE CARPET AND THEY ALSO DEORDORIZED THE CARPET. I will call them for service again and I WILL RECOMMEND THEIR SERVICE TO OTHERS. If you have air ducks they can clean them too.

Far and away the best carpet cleaning experience I've had. Staff was extremely knowledgeable, prompt, thorough, explained the various steps performed, were extremely careful (much appreciated) and always pleasant. Also punctual, with a heads-up call, again, a biggie. Can't recommend this crew highly enough.

Express Dry Carpet Cleaning surprised me with their professionalism and punctuality. I called them, they saw and they cleaned it all. I got tired of doing my carpet cleaning by myself and decided to buy a a 4 rooms Big Deal offer. They dry cleaned my living, family, dining and basement rooms. Simply flawless.

We purchased the Angie's List Big Deal for 5 areas up to 1000 sq ft total. They did that, and added the stairs and sanitizer and deodorizer in for 50% off their normal fee. They arrived early, were very friendly, and got right to work. The carpets look and smell great. We are very happy with the value and quality, and definitely will use this company again.

After a basement water leak eminating from the October storm affecting a small section of the basement, Express came in, dryed out the carpet and surrounding walls, replaced the carpet padding, replaced two water damaged/water logged closet doors, repaired and repainted sections of the basement molding, replaced and repainted interior closet wallboards and closet ceiling showing signs of mold, replaced sections of exterior wall insulation that had mold damage, and cleaned the water damaged basement carpeting. Express Carpet Dry arrived on time, performed what was contracted for, and left the rooms in order. I had three carpets cleaned, one of which was severly stained, Rafael and Nabil were the contractors and were very helpful in assessing what I needed to have done and doing it. I appreciated the call prior to arriving and them arriving on time... They perormed their tasks in a professional manner and I would certainly have the crew back again. Express Carpet Dry lived up to his advance ratings.

I was able to schedule a cleaning with very little notice and take advantage of a special they advertised on their web site. The price was very reasonable, in my opinion, for the work they performed. The workers were very courteous and professional. I knew my carpets weren't that soiled and they were quick to point that out (didn't try to oversell the job). They were fast and the rugs took about 4 hours to dry, which is to be expected.
